Vistra Curacao Announces Fiduciary Services Acquisition

WILLEMSTAD, Curacao, August 22, 2011 -

Vistra (Curaçao) NV has announced that it successfully completed the acquisition of IMC Management & Trust (Curaçao) NV (IMC) , a Curaçao based provider of Trust services, in July. The addition of IMC to the Vistra Curaçao family will allow Vistra Curaçao to broaden the range of services available to clients, whilst at the same time demonstrating its on-going commitment to growing its Caribbean based portfolio of clients and services.

Vistra’s roots on Curaçao and Bonaire go back to 1994, when the company was regulated by the Central Bank of the Netherlands Antilles and subsequently the Central Bank of Curaçao & St Maarten.

Earlier this year, Vistra announced that Vistra Bonaire had become the first fiduciary service provider on Bonaire officially licensed by the Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank).
