BT Scoops Seven Cisco Partner Awards

Continues its Position as Lead Regional Partner With 'European Partner of the Year' Award
LONDON, March 15, 2011 - Cisco Systems presented BT with seven key partner awards at this year's
Cisco Partner Summit held in New Orleans.
As well as the 'European Partner of the Year' award, BT also won the
'Unified Communications and Collaboration Partner of the Year' and 'Service
Provider Partner of the Year' awards for work in the UK. In Ireland, it
received a further three awards: 'Borderless Network Partner of the Year',
'Enterprise Partner of the Year' and 'Services Partner of the Year'. Finally,
in Switzerland, BT also picked up 'Service Provider Partner of the Year'.
The awards, which cover both country and geographic regions across the
continent, recognise the successes of Cisco's partners and highlight some of
the special achievements by the top performers.
Phil Smith, VP & Chief Executive, UK & Ireland, at Cisco said: "BT
continues to innovate and add value to our business, and is currently working
closely with us to launch further products on the Cisco UCS platform."
Commenting on the European Partner of the Year award, Thierry Drilhon,
Vice President, World Partner Organisation, Europe, at Cisco added: "BT has
continued to strengthen its relationship with Cisco through close alignment
in all architectures".
