Combe Incorporated Announces Sale of Three Product Groups

WHITE PLAINS, New York, January 3, 2011 - Combe Incorporated, ("Combe") today announced that it has completed the
sale of its Cough/Cold, Skin Care and Foot Care businesses.
The Cough/Cold and Skin Care businesses, including the Cepacol(R),
Lanacane(R), Scalpicin(R), LiceMD(R), and Hemoal(R) brands, have been sold to
Reckitt Benckiser Inc.
The Foot Care business, consisting of the Odor-Eaters(R) brand, has been
sold to Blistex Inc.

Sullivan & Cromwell LLP served as legal advisor to Combe in connection with
these transactions.
