TORONTO, January 28 - Duluth Metals Limited ("Duluth") (TSX: DM) (TSX:DM.U) announced today it has completed the private placement of 7,456,420 common shares to Wallbridge Mining Company ("Wallbridge"), at a price of CDN $2.00 per share, resulting in gross proceeds to Duluth of approximately CDN $14.9 million. The shares were issued to Wallbridge pursuant to a pre-emptive right previously granted by Duluth which gives Wallbridge the right to participate under certain circumstances in future issuances of common shares of Duluth. Wallbridge's pre-emptive right, which Wallbridge exercised in full, resulted from the private placement of 6 million common shares at a price of CDN $2.00 per share to Antofagasta plc ("Antofagasta") on January 14, 2010.

LONDON, January 28 - Greenberg Traurig Maher announced today that it has been retained by Bristol Water. Recently, Ofwat, the Water Services Regulation Authority, confirmed that Bristol Water had rejected its determination of the price that can be charged for water supply for the 2010-2015 period. Bristol Water is the only water company to make such a challenge. The issue will now be referred to the Competition Commission by Ofwat.

LONDON, January 28 - BancTec, Inc., a global provider of advanced, high-volume, document and payment processing solutions and services, has been awarded a place on the Software Application Solutions framework agreement for the supply of document and records management solutions to the UK public sector. Buying Solutions, the national procurement partner for UK public services, made the award, which BancTec has now received twice.
