Golder Associates, Lenzing Technik GmbH and Bio-Reaction Industries Offer New Climate-Friendly Solutions for Chemical, Paint and Coating, Pharmaceutical, and Wood Industries

NOTTINGHAM, England and LENZING, Austria, January 28 - Bio-Reaction Industries, an innovator in advanced biofilter systems used
to treat industrial air pollution emissions from factories, has formed an
alliance with Lenzing Technik GmbH (BioReaction's exclusive license partner),
and is collaborating with Golder Associates, one of the world's leading
ground engineering and environmental services consultancy firms. Working
together they will provide customers throughout Europe with a single source
for drastically reducing carbon emissions while addressing air pollution
issues. Critically, the systems are designed to not only address air quality,
but also to save significant energy costs at the same time.

Bio-Reaction's systems are used by a variety of manufacturing industries
(e.g. chemicals and pharmaceuticals, paints and coatings, wood panels, food
manufacturers and industrial laundries) that produce volatile organic
compounds (VOCs), hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) and odours. Unlike outdated
thermal oxidizing systems that use natural gas fuel to burn away pollutants,
Bio-Reaction's patented Bio-AIRSPHERES(TM) use soil based microbes which
digest the chemicals, eliminating the air pollution. As a result, the
Bio-Reaction solution costs up to 90 percent less to operate than a thermal
oxidizer while producing only small quantities of greenhouse gases.

"The Bio-Reaction system can help our clients in industrial settings
control their emissions cost effectively while generating much less CO2,"
said Samantha Arnold, Senior Atmospheric Scientist at Golder Associates.
"This is an exciting new technique being introduced to Europe from North
America
, helping our clients and the environment."

"We've been working with Bio-Reaction's system for several years because
it's the most effective, least-impact solution for helping customers in
Europe eliminate harmful pollutants," said Christian Dressler, Product
Manager for Environmental Technology at Lenzing Technik. "Because
Bio-Reaction's system is designed to leverage existing infrastructure, it is
ideal for the European market."
