Unit 4 Agresso Rebrands to Consolidate its Position as one of the Biggest Global Software Firms

Unit 4 Agresso is Changing its Name to UNIT4

READING, England, January 28 - Unit 4 Agresso NV, the global business software company, today announced
it is changing its brand name to UNIT4 and will be applying that name across
companies in the group worldwide from 1st February 2010.

Business Collaborator, a UK division of the group delivering
collaboration software to the construction industry, will become UNIT4
Collaboration Software Ltd.

This announcement follows a series of acquisitions in recent years that
has seen UNIT4 grow to become a top six mid-market ERP software player
globally and the 2nd largest European ERP supplier. The rebranding of the
group and its subsidiaries follows integration of recently acquired
businesses and the start of its next stage of growth.

The group will go to market under the proposition 'Embracing Change',
highlighting its focus and vision to set the global standard for business
software that helps dynamic organisations in both the commercial and public
sector adapt to internal and external driven changes simply, quickly and cost
effectively.

Sanjeev Shah, Managing Director for UNIT4 Collaboration Software Ltd,

    - FinancialForce.com will not be adopting the UNIT4 branding since it is
