Russia Attracts Asian Investors

MOSCOW, Russia, January 28 - Recent developments on the Asian Financial market show a
growing interest from Asian Investors towards Russian investment
opportunities.

One of the most-discussed events is the placement of RUSAL
shares on the Hong Kong stock exchange this year. One of the largest
producers of aluminum in the world paved the way for other Russian
companies to participate in Asian Financial Markets. And it seems like
there are mutual benefits for everyone as Hong Kong, a financial centre,
is trying to attract more publicly traded companies from beyond Asia.

The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum is leading the
trend - representatives of the Forum are actively increasing cooperation with
Far Eastern colleagues as well as planning a special discussion around
current market developments at the St. Petersburg International Economic
Forum, which will be held June 17-19, 2010 www.forumspb.com.

The Forum will provide a platform to prominent business people
who will discuss Asian opportunities, collaboration of Russian and Global
(including Asian) business. As well as that the Forum will give
opportunities:

    - to assess measures taken after the crisis;
    - to study key global macroeconomic parameters;
    - and to exchange views on elaborating a strategy for further
      economic development.

Special attention will be devoted to attracting Asian
Investors to Russia and strengthening the ties of Asian countries with
Russia.
