Docdata Fulfilment and bol.com Enter Into a New Cooperation Agreement for a Period of 5 Years

WAALWIJK, The Netherlands, June 20, 2011 -

Docdata Fulfilment B.V. in Waalwijk, a subsidiary of the listed
company DOCDATA N.V., entered into a new cooperation agreement with
bol.com on 17 June 2011 for a period of

5 years. The agreement includes the delivery by Docdata to
bol.com of a complete range of fulfilment services, for which
exclusivity has been agreed with regard to the delivery of some
product categories in the Dutch and Flemish market. Since August
1999, bol.com is a customer of Docdata Fulfilment and has since
then grown to the most leading
ecommerce platform in the Benelux. The current product range of
bol.com includes books, vinyl, CD, DVD, Blu-Ray, electronic game
software and hardware, toys and an extensive range of electrical
and electronic equipment. This makes bol.com currently one of the
largest customers of DOCDATA N.V.

To facilitate the expected growth of the activities of Docdata,
also as a result of this new cooperation agreement, currently a
complete new state-of-the-art logistic centre of
16,000 m^[2] is being built
under the authority of Docdata, which is expected to be fully
operational in the second quarter of 2012. The rented building will
be fully equipped by Docdata. This will involve investments in 2011
and 2012 for a total amount of around € 7 million.
