EMEA Unconventional Gas E&P Forum 2012 Goes From Strength to Strength!

LONDON, November 28, 2011 -

This industry-leading forum, focused on the key technical challenges and commercial considerations of E&P activity in the EMEA region, will be held at the Ciragan Palace Kempinski Hotel in Istanbul, on 6 - 8 February 2012 and will be chaired by Anthea Pitt, Executive Editor for Petroleum Economist. The programme already boasts a prestigious line up of industry experts who are operating in the region to develop new and exciting plays and leading authorities from regions with a long-standing history of unconventional development. We are pleased to announce the following experts have also joined the programme and will be bringing their unique experiences and insight to the faculty and the programme content:

• Byron Smith, Vice President of International Operations, Santrol Proppants, (Sugar Land, Texas); will be delivering a session on Day 2 entitled “In Search of the ‘Perfect Proppant‘”
• Russell Roundtree, Chief Technology Officer, LMK Resources, INC.; will be speaking on Day 2 about “Maximizing Hydrocarbon Recovery Rates through Highly Effective Completions Planning and Execution“
