The luxury milk chocolate bar, simply named “FRUITY” is handmade, hand wrapped and features a hefty infusion of award winning Christmas Pudding, submerged in a premium Belgian Chocolate.

The idea comes from Celebrity Chef Paul Da-Costa-Greaves who owns the luxury food brand Feeding Your Imagination. Based on an original West Indian Christmas Pudding recipe that was lent to Paul from a Jamaican aunt; Paul has refined this over the past 10 years to appeal to a more subtle palate. The pudding is traditional, produced with top quality ingredients and has an added twist to the recipe of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and allspice.

‘The Christmas Pudding is a huge success for us, winning many Great Taste Awards and supplied through small deli’s, farm shops and garden centres throughout the UK. I wanted to expand on this and I’ve quite simply given our customers exactly what they want; the opportunity to buy their favourite fruit pudding all year round with an added bonus of chocolate, resulting in this new FRUITY bar which is a full 100g. I’m constantly being asked to make our Christmas Pudding available all year and this has to be the perfect combination’, says Paul.
