Gartner Rates MetraTech "Strong" in BSS Vendor Scorecard

customer care product provider, has been awarded a "strong" rating by leading
technology research and advisory company Gartner in its Dataquest Insight:
Business Support System Market Overview and Strategic Scorecard for Vendors,
2009 report. This is the second year running that the Microsoft billing
specialist has earned acclaim in the Gartner BSS report.

The report is based upon an extensive survey of telecom operations and
management systems and includes an analysis of 12 vendors. MetraTech and its
billing software product MetraNet achieved a "strong" overall rating and also
scored "strong" in several categories, namely product strategy, sales
strategy, product and service, market understanding, and market
responsiveness and track record.
