IEBV Publishes Annual Report 2010

AMSTERDAM, March 11, 2011 - International Endesa BV (IEBV) has published the annual report of 2010.
During 2010, IEBV earned a net income of 4,4 MM euros, due to its financial
activities. The company performed the management and administration
activities on its financial assets and liabilities, including ECP, MTN,
private placement, intercompany loans and financial derivatives. The annual
