Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at the Hilton Suites
Toronto/Markham Conference Centre, 8500 Warden Avenue, Markham, Ontario,
Canada commencing at 10:00 a.m. EDT (Toronto time). The meeting will be

announce its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2011 on
