Magna International Inc. - Revised - Notice of Conference Call for Fourth Quarter and Year End 2010 Results

TORONTO, February 18, 2011 - Magna International Inc. (TSX: MG) (NYSE: MGA) will release its financial
results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2010 on Wednesday,
February 23, 2011.

Magna will hold its quarterly conference call on Wednesday, February 23,
2011 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern. The previous notice of conference call, issued
earlier this week, indicated that the call would be Thursday, February 24,
2011 at 8:30 a.m. However, due to a conflict with another scheduled
