New Study Shows Sweden's Employers are More Confident About Hiring in the Next 12 Months -

STOCKHOLM, June 2, 2010 - Young professionals and students in Sweden will have the opportunity to
meet with recruiters from more than 100 companies at one of the largest
career fairs of 2010. CareerBuilder.se has teamed up with Poolia,
Civilekonomerna and Sveriges Ingenjorer to host Career Days, a two-day event
featuring leading employers who are looking to hire workers in a variety of
fields and job types. The event is taking place 10-11 September 2010 at the
Ericsson Globe Arena.

The event comes at a time when Swedish employers are voicing some
optimism about their hiring plans in the second half of 2010 and first half
of 2011. In a recent study of 100 Swedish business leaders by
CareerBuilder.se, 46 per cent said they plan to hire full-time workers in the
next 12 months and 23 per cent will hire contract or temporary workers. The
top five functional areas where employers reported they will add jobs first
are sales, marketing, accounting/finance, information technology and customer
service.

"Our research and the strong level of participation from employers for
our event provides encouraging news for one of the most challenging labour
markets in Sweden's history," Anders Selvehed, Managing Director of
CareerBuilder's Nordic Region. "Companies are beginning to focus on growth
strategies again and hiring skilled professionals is an important part of
that effort. The Career Days event will provide the next generation of
workers with an exclusive opportunity to network with top companies and move
one step closer to finding a new job."

NyTeknik and Dagens Industri are also sponsoring the high-profile Career
Days event. Major employers have already signed up to attend, including
Microsoft, IKEA, Oracle, Accenture, Volvo, Deloitte, NASDAQ, OMX, ABB, AUDI,
Siemens and more.
