Petrobras Announces its Financial Results for 2009

RIO DE JANEIRO, March 17, 2010 - Petrobras' (NYSE: PBR and PBRA) Chief Financial Officer and Investor
Relations Director, Almir Barbassa, will hold a press conference Friday,
March 19, at 5 PM EDT (6 PM Brasilia Time) at the company's main office
building, in Rio de Janeiro. The event will be held to announce the company's
consolidated economic and financial results for the fourth quarter and for
the 2009 fiscal year.
