realbuzz.com Celebrity Sporting Blogs
By Realbuzz.com, PRNEThursday, July 29, 2010
LONDON, July 30, 2010 - realbuzz.com is still pulling the sporting greats out the bag in their
line up of sporting celeb bloggers. Earlier this year the healthy, active
living website reported a brand new list of celeb bloggers; including Clarke
Carlisle, Gabby Logan, Richard Dunwoody and Steve Thompson. The 'bloggers'
have made a real impact with the realbuzz.com community, and users have been
delighted to read the ins and outs of these sporting legends' day-to-day
lives.
And, the good news is realbuzz.com hasn't rested on their laurels - names
continue to be added to this impressive list. To name drop but a few; Mo
Farah, who this week has become the first Great Britain Gold Medal winner in
the European Championships, was introduced to the site in June. And
celebrating his success in Barcelona, the realbuzz.com team are right behind
him as he speaks honestly about life in the training camp in Kenya - and life
on the circuit as a UK Athletics Champ. Sally Gunnell OBE has also joined the
realbuzz.com family, keeping us abreast of Olympic dreams and is blogging
about her family life, and the passion she has for keeping a healthy active
family.
Amy Williams MBE has also joined this stellar line adding even more
medals to the realbuzz.com cupboard. Amy, who won Great Britain's only Gold
Medal in the 2010 Winter Olympics, has recently started blogging about
Skeleton and how she is getting back into training following her amazing
success of earlier this year.
Another Olympian; Gail Emms, has jumped back onto the scene following
having time out to start her family. Gail is an inspiration for women getting
fit again following pregnancy with her quirky take on losing those baby
pounds, and as an ambassador for the Youth Sport Trust. Gail blogs honestly
and amusingly about her trips around the country getting children involved in
sport.
Alan Murchison also joins realbuzz.com - the Michelin starred chef is a
man to be reckoned with. Not only is Alan Chairman of the 10 in 8 Fine Dining
Group and the only chef in the UK to run multiple Michelin starred
restaurants outside of London, he also maintains a super-active take on
family life, has featured in BBC2's Great British Menu and is also in
training for the Marathon De Sable. So, a typical day in Alan's week could
consist of running 26.2 miles in his garage with a backpack on - then heading
to work for a full day's service! What a man..!
