DUSSELDORF, Germany, July 14, 2010 - "The Pulse of Art Beats Here" is the message of the Quadriennale Dusseldorf 2010 which provides the framework for the exhibitions of 10 museums and art institutions, other partners and over 30 galleries joined together under the motto "kunstgegenwartig " (presence of art) opening September 11.
