SAO PAULO, May 5, 2010 - We have completed another phase in our organizational restructuring,
indicating our commitment to improving governance and the creation of a large
corporation with a focus on airline operations and multibusiness.
SAO PAULO, January 14 - TAM (BOVESPA: TAMM4, NYSE: TAM) signed agreements with Sabre and is
negotiating with Amadeus and Travelport to make its entire content (rates and
inventory) in the Brazilian market available through the Global Distribution
Systems (GDS) operated by the three companies.
SAO PAULO, December 28 - TAM (NYSE: TAM and Bovespa: TAMM4) and LAN Argentina are expanding the
flight codeshare agreement signed between the companies to offer more
convenience and comfort for passengers who wish to travel between Brazil and
Argentina.
SAO PAULO, December 17 - TAM (NYSE: TAM; Bovespa: TAMM4) and the Itau bank have entered into a
partnership which, as of today, will allow the bank's individual checking
account holders with available credit limits to pay for airline tickets in
monthly installments for up to 48 months, depending on the profile of the
individual account holder, for purchases made directly at the company site
(www.tam.com.br/).
SAO PAULO, November 30 - An original study performed by the Corporate Governance Score area from
Standard & Poor's (S&P) ranked TAM (Bovespa:TAMM4; NYSE: TAM) among the top
ten Brazilian companies in information transparency and disclosure (T&D).
