Top Chefs and Key Figures From the Hospitality Industry are Welcomed to London by Millennium & Copthorne Hotels

The 10th October 2011 Sees London’s Earls Court Exhibition Venue Open its Doors to the Restaurant Sector for a Three Day Extravaganza of Food, Drink, Wine and Catering at The Restaurant Show 2011.

The Restaurant Show 2011 will welcome visitors from around the globe and host over 300 of the leading suppliers from the restaurant world, as well as talks and demonstrations from some of the most respected figures in the industry. Millennium & Copthorne Hotels have three hotels in Kensington which would provide the perfect place for visitors to the event to stay. The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington, the Millennium Bailey’s Hotel London Kensington and the Millennium Gloucester Hotel London Kensington are all situated within easy reach of the exhibition hall.
The event’s Central Food and Drink Market will feature many exhibitors, offering a huge range of different products and
ingredients. As a new event for this year, on the 11^th October guests will be able to sample the delights of a luxury tea experience, at the High Tea Event, where a fine dining tea parlour will be created, complete with a patisserie and champagne.
Highlights of this year’s show include the Centre Stage events, featuring 20 world class chefs hosting workshops and debates, whilst sharing delicious recipe tips and ideas. Furthermore, the ‘Wines of South Africa‘ tasting session is expected to be fantastic and should not be missed by anyone interested in the wine industry.
The event will also feature awards presentations, including The Champagne JACQUART Rising Stars Competition, which sees young chef and sommelier pairs compete to create the perfect food and wine combination and the National Chef of the Year award, which has previously crowned the likes of Gordon Ramsey and Kevin Vinir, with its title.
