    Prize draw terms and conditions:

    1. Entries must be via the response slip provided in instore promotions
       or via www.johnlewis.com/insurance and entry into the draw
       implies acceptance of these conditions.
    2. Only one entry per household, per calendar year.
    3. Automated/bulk entries and entries from third parties will be
       disqualified.
    4. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age, and not employees of the
