Demonstrates Firm Commitment to Making People the Foundation for Success

LONDON, August 3, 2010 - Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), the provider of world-class talent and
resourcing functions, has announced that it has secured the prestigious
Investors in People (IiP) Bronze award. The Bronze award places AMS within
the top three percent of organisations to achieve this sought-after
recognition, over and above the IiP Standard - for which AMS first received
accreditation in April 2004.

IiP is a globally recognised framework which sets out how good people
management practices can help achieve business goals. To attain the Bronze
award, AMS had to fulfil 35 extra evidence requirements, in addition to the
37 core indicators required to achieve the IiP Standard.

AMS was awarded the accreditation following a rigorous, independent
assessment. This involved meetings with a cross-section of 70 employees
globally to review AMS's people management practices.

Bill Crabtree, Assessor at IiP says,"Visiting AMS was a real privilege.
It was fascinating to talk to staff in so many different countries and was
impressive to get a sense of the same organisation from each… it was
fascinating to hear how virtual teams work together, even though they are
