Ballast Nedam: Annual Report 2010 Available on Website

NIEUWEGEIN, The Netherlands, March 24, 2011 - As of today both the Dutch and English versions of the Ballast Nedam
annual report 2010 are available for reference on
www.ballast-nedam.com. The annual report fulfils the requirements of
sustainability reporting based on GRI application level C.

On the website you will also find the agenda and explanatory notes,
together with the other documents for the General Meeting of Shareholders on
Thursday 19 May 2011.

Printed copies of the Dutch and English annual reports will be available
as of 4 April and can be requested at the Public Relations department,
pr@ballast-nedam.nl. or via the website.
