LONDON, July 16, 2010 - Snap! Crackle Media have denied rumours that BBC World Presenter Juliette
Foster is getting paid over a million pounds to not release her debut novel -
Breaking News.
News about the books impending release has caused a national and
international stir and the recent controversies at Sky News has only added
fuel to the fire that Breaking News will reveal more than some in the
industry would hope- It's no secret that Juliette spent almost six years at
Sky and witnessed some 'memorable' moments.
A household face all over the world Juliette's career spans from the
newsrooms at Bloomberg to Sky to the BBC, and past and present colleagues
have nothing to do but wait anxiously for the books release to find out if
they were the inspiration for some of the book's main characters - including
the ruthless news anchor Sally Wozniak and the philandering Gerald Hewitt.
A rumour that Juliette has been offered a whopping GBP1.5 million to not
release the book is making the rounds although her publicist Snap! Crackle
Media strongly denies the claims:
"Breaking News is a fictional story about the highs and lows of working
in the broadcasting industry. It's an amazing book and one Juliette is very
proud of - and will be releasing."
Having been recently inaugurated Lady Mayoress of Surrey Heath and with
Breaking News making the headlines Juliette Foster really is at the centre of
the media spotlight.
