Black Book of Outsourcing Survey 2009 Ranks Aditi Technologies as a Top 15 Indian Offshore Application Development and Management Outsourcing Vendor

Application Development and Management Outsourcing Vendors by Black Book of
Outsourcing survey 2009.

most important attributes influencing Application Development Management
(ADM) clients' satisfaction with their outsourcing providers. In 2009, the
Black Book IT ADM outsourcing client/user survey investigated over 850
contracts held by 2,217 of the top outsourced ADM, spending corporations and

The key findings proved ITO infrastructure vendor satisfaction
as highest among mid-market vendors. Clients with annual revenues from $100m
to $1 billion are significantly more satisfied with their ADM outsourcer than
the large market-cap clients. Overall, satisfaction among the mid-market
segment surged to 82.5% in 2009, while 74.8% of the large market ($1
billion-plus in annual revenues) clients confirmed strong satisfaction in the
services offered by their vendors.
