C3i Opens Asia Language Center in Dalian, China

MORRISTOWN, New Jersey, April 7, 2011 - C3i, the global leader in technology support and BPO services for the
pharmaceutical industry and Oracle Gold Partner, announced today the opening
of its new Global Operations Center in China. The operations center, located
in the northern city of Dalian, will specialize in providing services in
major Asian languages including Chinese, Korean and Japanese, to sponsors and
clinical research organizations.

With dramatic growth projected in both clinical trials and pharmaceutical
sales, Asia represents a strategic region for the pharmaceutical industry. In
response of this industry trend, the new facility in Dalian addresses the
support needs of C3i and Oracle's joint customers doing business in the major
Asian markets.

business process outsourcing (BPO) services to life science and
