Global Datacentre Services Company Awarded two out of Three Stars by Best Companies for Employee Engagement and Satisfaction
LONDON, February 4 - ControlCircle a premier managed services (www.controlcircle.com/)
solutions provider within the datacentre market, is one of only 140 UK
companies to be awarded Best Companies Two Star status accreditation.
The Best Companies Accreditation (www.bestcompanies.co.uk/) awards
is an elite 'Michelin style' star rating system for organisations that
demonstrate high levels of employee engagement and is based on employee
feedback. This year, 1,086 organisations entered the Best Companies
Accreditation process which received survey responses from more than 257,000
employees. Organisations then receive a Best Companies index score that
determines their star rating compared to a fixed standard. One star is first
class, two stars are outstanding and three stars are extraordinary.
Jonathan Austin, Founder and CEO of Best Companies stated: "We would like
to congratulate ControlCircle on their outstanding achievement. An engaged
workforce is essential as organisations move out of the recession and into a
more stable economic situation. No doubt many organisations have tackled
redundancies and rapid change this year. But organisations like ControlCircle
that have kept on engaging their staff and making sure they are involved in
the business will be in a good position for the future and should be
congratulated for their efforts".
Damian Milkins, CEO of ControlCircle says: "Receiving this Accreditation
is a great honour, especially considering the number of companies
participating. Being awarded a Two Star status is a great achievement and we
are very proud to be recognised. We have cultivated a company that empowers
all of our employees to contribute to its success, participate in its growth
and subsequently the rewards. I also believe that the work place should be
fun as it motivates teams and encourages employee engagement."
This award marks yet another achievement in a succession of accolades the
company has earned in recent months. ControlCircle has been:
- Ranked 36 in The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 in 2009 - Recognised at the Datacentre Leaders Awards 2009 for Innovation in the Outsourced Environment, and - Named as Growth Business Winner in the NatWest Business Awards 2008
The Best Companies 2010 star status accreditation ceremony will be held
at The Art of Engagement, the groundbreaking event being opened by Best
Companies later in the Spring. The Art of Engagement will use the latest
technology and 10 years of best practice examples to help managers and HR
staff experience what good engagement feels like for themselves, and enable
them to create bespoke plans to help drive up staff engagement in their
organisations.
