READING, England - DediPower today announces an affiliation with the .net Awards, in which the UK provider of managed hosting and data centre solutions will host the awards website and sponsor the coveted Innovation of the Year Award.

The .net Awards acknowledge the sites, services and people that have made a serious impact on the Web in 2009. Following a short-listing process, nominees are listed on the dedicated Awards website until 12th October online voting takes place. Last year’s .net Awards were the most successful in its 11 year history, chalking up more than 18,000 votes during the nomination phase.

In addition to hosting the site, DediPower is to sponsor the Innovation of the Year Award. Previous winners of this desirable merit include Google Earth (2007) and Papervision 3D (2008).
