Edwards Signs its First Authorised Service Provider in South East Asia

CRAWLEY, England, July 25, 2011 -
Edwards, the leading global manufacturer of vacuum equipment,
has signed its first Authorised Service Provider (ASP) agreement in
South East Asia with Singapore-based Wing Wah Industrial Services
Pte Ltd. Wing Wah Industrial Services now serves the repair market
for Edwards’ iDX/CDX, HV8000, Stokes and LRP vacuum pumps in the
region, enabling users to reduce both time and cost associated with
reduced shipping distances.

This new agreement brings tangible benefits to end users, who now
have the option to repair their pumps within the region to an OEM
equivalent standard. Customers in many industries including
chemical processing and steel manufacturing can send their large
vacuum pumping equipment to Wing Wah Industrial Services and be
confident that it is serviced and repaired by a reputable company
to the highest possible engineering standard.
Wing Wah Industrial Services has worked extensively and in close
partnership with Edwards, proving to be a reliable, high precision
engineering partner with highly skilled engineers. Through the
training, tools and support that Edwards brings to Wing Wah
Industrial Services as part of the ASP programme, ongoing high
level and consistent repair quality can be ensured to all users of
the Edwards equipment in the region.
