First Service Managers Bring ISO Potential to the World

UTRECHT, The Netherlands - The first groups of ITIL Service Managers from across the globe have earned their ISO/IEC 20000 Consultants/Managers certificate. This certificate is part of the new Qualification Program in IT Service Management according to ISO/IEC 20000. The candidates took part in a two-day training held in countries including the Netherlands, England, Japan and the U.S. and concluded with several key examinations.
Navigating best practices
The program teaches professionals how to use ISO/IEC 20000, the international, independent standard for quality in IT Service Management (ITSM), as a compass to guide their way in the complex universe of standards, best practices and frameworks.
