Flatirons Solutions Opens United Kingdom Office

BOULDER, Colorado, September 12, 2011 -

Flatirons Solutions Corporation, a consultancy and systems integrator that focuses on business innovation through content technology, today announced its expansion into the United Kingdom with the opening of a new facility on Kingdom Street in London.

The new facility will serve as Flatirons’ base of operations for serving its increasing number of UK-based Publishing and Media customers, including Cambridge University Press, Cambridge Assessment, Pearson, and Oxford University Press. The London office - which will include both sales support and a staff of technical architects, consultants and developers - will be managed by Bill Pease, who is joining Flatirons Solutions as a Principal. Bill brings over 20 years of publishing, operational and project management experience to Flatirons Solutions. Most recently, Bill worked with Cambridge University Press, where he led a major initiative to implement their strategic Digital Asset Management platform. Prior to that, he held IT management positions at Harcourt Brace and Company, The Stationary Office, Extenza-Turpin, P4 Limited, and the Herford Constabulary.
