Fresnillo Full-Year Results Interview with CEO

LONDON, March 1, 2011 - The leading precious metals group Fresnillo today released their
preliminary results for the year ended 31st December 2010. Net profits rose
by more than 100% to $665m with revenues also rising by 56% to $1.47bn.
EBITDA rose by 90% to $945m and silver and gold production hit record levels.

, CEO Jaime Lomelin said excellent operational performance and cost control
had contributed to the results alongside record prices for gold and silver.
He also outlined details of the company's growth pipeline and its targets for
silver and gold production in 2011.
