FX Alliance Inc. Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

FX Alliance Inc. (”FXall”), today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Citigroup and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Morgan Stanley, UBS Investment Bank, Raymond James & Associates, and Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P. are acting as co-managers.
