launched a new Express Dim Sum Lunch to offer central London business people
a new way to meet and 'do lunch' in the capital.
Helping put delicious Dim Sum back on Victoria's culinary map, the
restaurant's Express Dim Sum Lunch offers local businesses the ideal

Diners can choose from the exclusive menu offering five dishes from an
assortment of Steamed or Fried Prawn, Pork Foie Gras and Beef or Vegetarian
Dumplings as well as Rice Rolls and Glutinous Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaf.
If that doesn't whet customers' appetite enough the restaurant has a
complete selection of mouthwatering Lunch Dim Sum parcels beautifully
prepared by Chinese culinary genius Chef Leung in authentic Hong Kong style
and contemporary edge. Diners can also choose from Chef's steamed or fried
dumplings which include specialties such as 'Steamed Barbequed Honey Glazed
Pork Bun', 'Pan Fried Foie Gras and Beef Dumpling', 'Stir Fried Turnip Cake
with Egg', Bean Sprout and XO Chilli Sauce and 'Prawn Dumpling in Spicy
Soup'.
