lead its talent, recruitment and leadership development
strategy.

Margot, whose 25 year career in talent management includes
serving as group HR Director for an international pharmaceutical
company as well roles in strategic HR consulting and board-level
executive coaching, will work globally across Harvey Nash’s
operations to mentor and develop key staff. She will also work with
senior managers to further develop Harvey Nash’s international
reputation as an employer of choice for the best and brightest in
the recruitment and outsourcing industry.
