INGENIE Logo to Feature on Helmets of AT&T Williams Drivers, Rubens Barrichello and Pastor Maldonado, This Weekend

Car insurance brand for young drivers, ingenie, will have its logo featured on the helmets of AT&T Williams drivers at the final Grand Prix of the 2011 season in Brazil. The ingenie logo will be displayed on the helmets of both Rubens Barrichello and Pastor Maldonado.  

This opportunity is the result of the official partnership between both companies, which was announced last week. As well as sharing technical experience and expertise, ingenie and AT&T Williams formed a partnership to promote road safety through encouraging better driving for 17-25 year olds. AT&T Williams’ Founder and Team Principal, Sir Frank Williams, broke his neck in a road crash in 1986, and was keen to work with ingenie towards building a community of better, safer, young drivers.

ingenie is a car insurance brand for 17-25 year olds that treats drivers as individuals, monitoring each driver’s habits rather than considering the age group as a collective risk.

ingenie uses advanced telematics technology, fitted in drivers’ cars, to assess individual driving styles and adjust insurance premiums accordingly.

ingenie seeks not only to offer fairer and affordable premiums to young drivers but also to encourage and incentivise better and safer driving.
