Luckywu.com, the searchable Chinese language portal for overseas property, has already seen website visitor numbers exceed 100,000 in less than six weeks, with daily unique visitors now averaging over 3000.  Launched 15^th of September, 2011, Luckywu.com brings global overseas property sellers together with Chinese buyers.  During a global period of tight credit, access to cash-rich Asian investors has never been more topical.

The portal allows global property owners, developers and agents to market their properties direct to Chinese buyers for the first time. The mainland Chinese property investment community can now research investment opportunities around the world in their own language
