M-A-C Cosmetics - Official Make-up Brand of the Philips British Academy Television Awards in 2010- Glamorise the Stars!

LONDON, June 8, 2010 - M-A-C Cosmetics, globally the professional artist's brand of
choice for fashion, film, TV, theatre, music and photography rolled out the
red carpet last night to glamorise nominees, presenters and actresses for the
Philips British Academy Television Awards in 2010.

M-A-C was proud to be the Official Make-Up Partner for the
glittering occasion this year, having provided make-up support for over 15 of
the nominated TV productions including Coronation Street which returned to
the Continuing Drama Category after two years, EastEnders (Winner Continuing
Drama), The Bill, Casualty, Mo, Spooks, Cranford, Getting On, Mad Men (Winner
International), I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!, The Graham Norton
Show, Misfits (Winner Drama Series), Hamlet, Red Riding and Small Island and
Britain's Got Talent (Winner Entertainment Programme).

Make-up artists from the M-A-C Pro Team were on hand to
provide make-up services to VIP's in town for the Award Ceremony. M-A-C Pro
Artists offered their magic touch to talent throughout the weekend in the
M-A-C Beauty Suite at The Pelham Hotel - Official Hotel to the awards - and
via one to one 'at home' appointments.

M-A-C Pro Artists created dazzling looks for Atonement
Actress Romola Garai, Extras and Ugly Betty actress, and Award Presenter on
the night Ashley Jensen, Spooks actress Miranda Raison, Ruth Wilson- best
know for her role in Jane Eyre, Glee's Jane Lynch famous for the role as
cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester, TV presenter Angellica Bell, actress Lauren
Socha from the Award winning Misfits, Lenora Crichlow from Being Human, Tina
O'Brien, former EastEnders star Kara Tointon, recognized actress Tamzin
Outhwaite and Loose Woman, Andrea McLean. M.A.C certainly created a bevy of
glamorous flashbulb worthy looks at this year's Awards!

M-A-C also hosted renowned make-up artist Gary Cockerill who
created a stunning look for his famous friend and guest on the night, Katie
Price. She went for a classic and elegant look created by Gary using the
following M-A-C products: M-A-C

Prep & Prime Skin, Studio Fix Fluid and Studio Finish Concealer to give a
flawless base. The Eyes were framed in Jet Black Carbon Eyeshadow, blended
out and diffused with charcoal greys and slivers. Lashes were given volume
using M-A-C Zoom Lash Mascara and extra length was added by applying M-A-C's
#3 lashes. To complete the look, lips were paired down with M-A-C's iconic
Myth Lipstick, the ultimate nude!

All celebrities who received the M-A-C experience left with
a 'touch-up kit' to maintain their stunning red carpet look including two key
M-A-C products, M.A.C Blot Powder/Pressed and M.A.C Lipglass in Ample Pink.
M-A-C artists were also at the ready backstage throughout the star studded
Award Ceremony at The London Palladium for 'on the spot' touch-ups. Ashley
Jensen, Emilia Fox, Amanda Holden, Jane Lynch, Freema Agyeman, James
Cracknell, Ben Fogle, Richard Armitage, Paterson Joseph, Paul O'Grady, Sir
Chris Hoy, John Hannah and Lenny Henry enjoyed this service before going on
stage.
