"Tame the Snore, With Asonor(R)!"

LONDON, March 30, 2011 - Asonor(R), a new product to alleviate the main cause of snoring, launches
in the UK today providing the country's 15 million snorers(1), and their
long-suffering partners, a new weapon in the war to win a peaceful night's
sleep.

Asonor(R) directly targets this primary cause of snoring, by gently
lubricating the mucous membrane of the soft palate and lightly tightening the
muscles of the throat, significantly reducing interference with breathing.

New research reveals that more than 80 per cent of those who have tried
to find a long-term solution have failed, with their partners instead
resorting to old-fashioned physical solutions like nudging (58 per cent) or
pushing (35 per cent) their partner to make the noise stop(2). One in five of
those surveyed even sleep in separate rooms just so they can get a good
night's sleep(2).

Psychologist Donna Dawson, who specialises in Personality and Behaviour,
said: "I know only too well of the impact snoring can have on the partner -
my husband's been snoring for 30 years! You tend to go through cycles of
sheer frustration followed by a determination to find a solution, so anything
new in this field is a must-try. There is no 'cure' for snoring as such, it's
more about finding the solution that works for you and your partner, to
prevent those feelings of resentment and guilt setting in that can do real,
and sometimes permanent, damage to your relationship."

John, 34, from South London said: "I've been snoring for a couple of
years, and as I have had worsening back pain more recently, I need to lie
flat in bed. My snoring didn't really bother me, until I started seeing
someone, which is when I began to worry about it quite a lot. My girlfriend
mentioned my loud snoring, which was pretty embarrassing, and it made me
uncomfortable knowing she wasn't sleeping very well. Using Asonor(R) every
night has certainly made a difference. My new girlfriend has commented on how
much quieter I am during the night, which has made me more confident about
her staying over and I feel more reassured in our relationship."

Snoring can have a significant impact on the quality of life for both the
snorer and partner. Research has shown that people have identified the
following problems as a consequence of snoring(3):

- Detrimental effect on social life 29%

- Poor performance at work 37%

- Difficulty concentrating 37%

- Lack of energy 47%

- Arguments/tension with partner 57%

- More irritable 61%

Asonor(R) works through a specially-designed pump which delivers the
gentle spray of solution via the nasal passage to lubricate the soft palate
and lightly tighten the musculature of the throat. This ensures the solution
immediately reaches the problem area - the throat, with the added benefit of
preventing the dry mouth that many snorers complain about in the morning.

About snoring

The sound of snoring is caused by vibrations within the mouth, nose and
throat. The most common cause is that the muscles in and around the throat
relax too much during sleep, obstructing the entrance to the throat. As air
tries to pass through, the soft palate vibrates and produces the snoring
sound.

About the survey

Research was sponsored by European Medical Instruments Ltd and conducted
by ICM amongst nearly 1,500 snorers or their partners, via phone interviews
throughout the UK in February 2011.
