They all gave interesting informative presentations and real life case studies on the use of social media in PR, imparting useful tips and advice.

The evening event took place on the rooftop lounge and garden of the Great John Street hotel, overlooking Granada Studios with a view into the Coronation Street set. Upon arrival, guests were welcomed with a champagne reception sponsored by Perrier Jouet.

The goal of Meet the Media is to enable communications professionals to hear from leading media organisations on how their respective companies work, providing insight into their specialist areas, giving advice on achieving coverage and informing them on effective targeting of journalists within their sector and how to build a mutually beneficial relationship.
