Prodware: 20.2% Revenue Growth in the 1st Half Year

Prodware, vendor, integrator and hoster of IT solutions for
businesses, generated a turnover of 47.3 M€ in the first half-year
of 2011, an increase of 7.1%, on a comparable basis.

This growth is driven by the success of the industry
and vertical business solutions and applications, and in particular
the new CRM solutions from FocusLive, with medium sized and
large French and international companies.

The activity of Prodware also benefits from:

• the growth of sales in SaaS mode,
• the organic growth of our new subsidiary Prodware ID, center of
  expertise on product life cycle management solutions for
  manufacturing and construction companies (PLM/BIM),
• the good performance of our Sage solution sales and related
  services.

Vendor: Strong potential of the alliance with
Qurius

The  success of the industry solutions and business
applications developed by Prodware also illustrate the
potential of the strategic alliance with Qurius to
create a leading software solutions and services
company in EMEA. In order to capitalize
on the key competitive advantages that the software
vendor business model can
provide, Prodware and Qurius have just
concluded a distribution and joint development agreement
for their respective solutions.
