Request for Correction to Polaris Appointment Media Release Published 30 May 2011

A media release issued on 30 May 2011, and subsequent published stories,
regarding the appointment of Pranav Pasricha as Global Head of Insurance
Business for Polaris, are factually incorrect.

The Polaris media release states that Pranav was previously CIO and Head
of Strategy and Operations for QBE Insurance Group. QBE Insurance Group
refers to the Company's global operations. Pranav was in fact Executive
General Manager - Strategy, Technology and Operations for QBE Australia with
scope and responsibility for the Australian market only.
