Schneider National Improves Security, Reduces Cost with Oracle Identity Management

Oracle today announced that Schneider National (www.schneidernational.com/) , a leader in transportation and logistics services, has standardized on Oracle Identity Management (www.oracle.com/us/products/middleware/identity-management/index.html) to streamline its identity management initiatives and enforce sustainable compliance reporting processes.

Prior to Oracle, Schneider National had both home grown and multi-vendor identity management solutions, which were difficult and costly to administer.

With the implementation of Oracle Identity Management, the company has been able to automate key processes, reduce manual administrative tasks, close critical security gaps and improve user productivity by granting employees access to the right information, at the right time.

Schneider National was recently named a winner of the 2010 Oracle Fusion Middleware Innovation Awards for Oracle Identity Management.
