SEW Eurodirve (China) 2011 New Product Launch Event Held at TEDA

TIANJIN, China, July 18, 2011 -

SEW Eurodirve (China)’s 2011 New Product Launch Event was held
at the plant area of 7th Street, Tianjin Economic - Technological
Development Area (TEDA). Leaders from Tianjin Municipal Government,
Tianjin Binhai New Area and Binhai Economic - Technological
Development Area and representatives from over 100 companies across
China attended the event. The 2011 New Product Launch Event, which
displayed SEW Eurodirve (China)’s new research results and business
achievements, received strong response in a heated atmosphere.

The displays included SEW Eurodirve (China)’s several new speed
reducers that were also rolled out in the European market and new
products developed specifically for the Chinese market by SEW
Eurodirve’s research and development centers in China and Germany.
These products are widely used in major industries, including
electric power, steel metallurgy, coal mining, automobile, building
materials and machinery, chemical, environmental protection and
light industry. They were created based on the world’s
state-of-the-art speed reducer manufacturing technologies.

According to a spokesman for SEW Eurodirve (China), after more
than a decade of development in China, the company has been widely
recognized by its customers through introducing the world’s most
advanced transmission technologies to the region and it will remain
committed to developing new products to address the demands of a
wide range of application industries in the country. In addition,
the company will also continue to make efforts for contributions to
the upgrade of China’s equipment manufacturing industry by
leveraging historical opportunities from the rapid growth of
Tianjin Binhai New Area.
