Environmental Products Corporation and Tomra Systems ASA Settle Antitrust Complaint Filed in November 2010

NAUGATUCK, Connecticut, June 28, 2011 -
Environmental Products Corporation (Envipco), a subsidiary of
Envipco Holding N.V., a publicly listed company on the Brussels
Euronext Exchange (Symbol: ENV), Tomra Systems ASA, a publicly
listed company on the Oslo Stock Exchange (Symbol: TOM) and Tomra
of North America, Inc. (Tomra) have agreed to settle their
antitrust lawsuit that was filed in November 2010 in federal court
in Connecticut.
As part of the settlement, Tomra has agreed to remove or
disclaim all existing exclusive vendor provisions in agreements
with its retailer customers and to refrain from entering into
designated exclusive agreements in the future. Envipco is
satisfied with the settlement agreement and remains committed to
providing superior customer service in a free and open market.
