Sixth Edition of the European HR Barometer to be Released on 9 March

LONDON, March 2, 2011 - The results of the sixth edition of the European HR Barometer will be
released on 9 March at a seminar hosted by the Representation of the European
Commission in Brussels and organised by the European Club for HR and Aon
Hewitt, the global human resource consulting and outsourcing business of Aon
Corporation (NYSE:AON).
The new trends emerging from the HR leaders survey will be presented by
Leonardo Sforza, the author of the study. Luc Luyten, member of the board of
Bel Fromageries, and Peter van Spaandong, HR director for Ardagh Group will
comment on this year's results from both a board and an HR operations
perspective. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with speakers
and share their views on the evolving HR landscape in Europe.

The study, carried out by Aon Hewitt on behalf of the European Club for
human resources (EChr), highlights the new perspectives of HR leaders on
their policy priorities, practices and concerns.
This year's edition involved the participation of 52 leading
organisations employing more than 2.2 million people in total and generating
annual revenues in excess of 400 billion euros. The respondents encompassed
13 nationalities and in the majority of cases are VPs of HR or board members
with HR responsibility.
