Stylesight Adds David Bell, Former CEO of The Interpublic Group, Inc. to Board of Directors

Stylesight, the world leader in trend content, tools and services for style industry professionals, announced the appointment of David Bell to its Board of Directors. Mr. Bell offers a wealth of experience encompassing a deep understanding of subscriber-based businesses, modern technology and superior client relations.

With over 40 years of experience in the marketing and communications sector, Mr. Bell has served virtually every kind of industry from financial services to consumer packaged goods and business-to-business. The former CEO of The Interpublic Group, Inc., Mr. Bell is an exciting addition to the Stylesight Board.

Mr. Bell is currently an Operating Advisor at Pegasus Capital Advisors, L.P., a private equity fund manager. Prior, he served as CEO of The Interpublic Group, Inc., the world’s largest marketing communications and services organization. Before its merger with Interpublic, Mr. Bell was Chairman and CEO of True North Communications Inc., the world’s sixth largest global advertising and marketing communications holding company. Under his leadership, the collective brands of True North increased the organization’s overall market competitiveness while significantly improving shareholder value in just two years. Before his appointment to CEO of True North, Mr. Bell was President and CEO of Bozell Worldwide where he helped grow the agency from US$12 million to over US$500 million in revenues.

Mr. Bell was inducted into the Advertising Hall of Fame in March 2007. He currently serves as an independent director at Warnaco, and is a Senior Advisor to Google. A graduate of Macalester College, Mr. Bell resides in Manhattan.
