LONDON, June 24, 2011 -
The Good University Guide From The Times
launches With six Weeks of
Invaluable, Interactive Content and
University Rankings
This week The Times launches The 2012
href="www.thetimes.co.uk/tto/public/gug/">Good University
Guide; the indispensable guide for parents and students looking
for the most recognised assessment of universities in the
country.
If you’re about to apply to university, you know the stakes have
never been higher. Tuition fees have risen sharply and competition
for the best places, and the jobs they lead to has never been
greater.
That’s why this year, in addition to the Good University Guide,
The Times is publishing six weeks of authoritative articles - from
fees and finances to writing the strongest application. They’ll
also be hosting video panels and live Q&As with experts.
The first week begins with a live Q&A with The Times
Education Editor; Greg Hurst, and UCAS. Over the next six weeks
there will be university admission tutors discussing applications,
video interviews with recent students and advice on how to afford
the new fees.
There will also be advice on what to do if you don’t get your
predicted grades, if you want to study abroad or if you go through
clearing.
For just £1 for the first 30 days, The Times digital pack gives
students and parents access to everything they need to make the big
decision a little easier.
