LONDON - Ticketmaster, a Ticketmaster Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ:TKTM) company, is pleased to announce it has signed a new multi-year agreement with Plymouth Argyle Football Club for the provision of the club’s ticketing, customer service and stadium access system.

Ticketmaster will install its well-established access control system, AccessManager, at Home Park Stadium, whilst ticketing operations will move to Venuemaster’s hosted solution, VM Host. VM Host will allow Plymouth Argyle to control both the sale and fulfilment process of tickets in one flexible application and will also assist them in managing their membership schemes. With all transactions linked to their customer database, key financial data can be analysed effortlessly using the VM Host reports suite. The club will also be using the Ticketmaster’s VMCall service which provides the 24/7 telephone ticket retailing service which can be controlled by the club.

Instead of a season ticket voucher book, Plymouth Argyle Season Ticket holders will receive bar coded season cards to access the stadium and match day tickets will also be bar coded for quick entry. Supporters who book seats online will soon be able to print their tickets at home with Ticketmaster’s TicketFast tickets and present them at turnstiles, providing a simplified booking and access process.

Supporters will show their season card or bar coded ticket to a turnstile operator, who will scan them allowing entry into the stadium. There will also be a number of changes to Plymouth Argyle’s online ticketing system including the introduction of real-time specific seat selection provided by the Ticketmaster e-Tickets platform.

Plymouth Argyle’s marketing and communications team will benefit from more specific and detailed marketing data provided by Ticketmaster’s VenueView which allows them to further improve the way in which they interact directly with supporters. VenueView is a comprehensive, cost effective reporting, sales and marketing tool that enables an accurate and complete business view and is invaluable in tracking performance and delivering instant qualified sales and marketing initiatives.

Chris Edmonds, Managing Director, Ticketmaster UK, ( www.ticketmaster.co.uk/) said: “We are delighted to be continuing our relationship with Plymouth Argyle. The introduction of our AccessManager, e-Tickets, VM Host, VMCall and VenueView technologies will enable Plymouth Argyle to take full advantage of our investment into innovative ticketing solutions for clients and customers.”

Michael Dunford, Chief Executive, Plymouth Argyle Football Club said: “We are very pleased to be making this announcement, having enjoyed an excellent relationship with Ticketmaster over the years. The ticketing solutions they provide are some of the most advanced in the world. These additions will allow Plymouth Argyle to stay at the forefront of ticketing and customer services, which we know will be to the benefit of our fans.”
