Tubular Bag and Tea Bag Machines Live at the Interpack Trade Fair

MEERBUSCH, Germany, March 17, 2011 - In time for the interpack show in Dusseldorf Teepack Spezialmaschinen
GmbH & Co. KG will present innovative packaging machines from the 12th to the
18th of May. In hall 11 at booth E54/F53 visitors will experience live the
vertical form, fill and seal machine Zenobia, the new teabag machine Compacta
and the high-end teabag machine Perfecta.

True to the motto "get 100 percent" Teepack displays its product range.
The versatile form, fill and seal machine Zenobia, for example, produces
flat, gusset or block bags for the food and the non-food industry. Extended
with the patented Air Free system it can produce air-reduced stand-up pouches
in just one work step. Subsequently with the integrated folding and labelling
machine FM260 block bags may be produced continuously - this saves valuable
space and up to ten percent of the packaging materials.

The trade fair novelty Compacta as an entry-level machine specialises on
the core of packaging tea. It avoids cost-intensive electronics and thus
allows for low levels of investment. With a capacity of up to 250 bags per
minute Compacta can produce tea bags with the smallest tags of a size of 20 x
24 millimetres. The newly developed, cost-effective heat-sealing unit allows
the machine to pack the already produced naked tea bags with tag in an
aroma-protected envelope foil. Optionally, Compacta may be equipped with an
extended monitoring system, a faulty bag ejection as well as the machine data
gathering.

The high-end solution Perfecta Universal allows for the manufacture of
three different kinds of tea bags on one single machine. With a production
speed of 350 bags per minute it packages tea bags with tag and thread in
paper or aroma-protected envelope foil.
